🔄 Returns & Exchanges

At Stellza, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences.

However, we will gladly replace or refund your item if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

To be eligible, please email us at support@shopstellza.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

 

📬 Delayed or Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However:

  • If your package has not arrived within 45 days from the shipment date, and the tracking shows “lost” or “not delivered”, you may request a full refund. Please contact us at support@shopstellza.com.

  • If the tracking status shows “delivered”, but you have not received the package, we recommend checking with your local post office, neighbors, or building reception firstWe are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged delivred packages.


🚫 Invalid or Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the tracking shows the order was delivered to the address provided, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • All returns or refund claims must be authorized by our team.

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as “delivered” unless the package is officially declared lost by the carrier.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-15 business days.
