Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Our products are lightweight, and in most cases, NO additional fees or duties apply.

For shipments to United States, NO customs duties or taxes apply at the moment. However, this may change depending on future government regulations.

For other countries, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. It's important to check with your local authorities to verify if they apply.

Please note that Stellza is NOT responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties or taxes that may apply.

Stellza is NOT responsible for any delays caused by customs in the destination country.

 

📬 Delayed or Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However:

  • If your package has not arrived within 45 days from the shipment date, and the tracking shows “lost” or “not delivered”, you may request a full refund. Please contact us at support@shopstellza.com.

  • If the tracking status shows “delivered”, but you have not received the package, we recommend checking with your local post office, neighbors, or building reception. Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Stellza is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.


🚫 Invalid or Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


If the tracking shows the order was delivered to the address provided, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
